How it Works

A. Money will be held in escrow for a year or until we reach a unanimous desicion on which house we will buy together.

B. You will recieve all your money back that you initially invested plus a percentage of the equity of the property once its sold.

C. You can take your money back at anytime but you will forfit your percentage of the equity!

D. I only take the broker fee from the transaction from the house.

E. We will Spread Wealth like Robinhood! :)
